The unusually slow ripening of the fruit due to a mild growing season is evident in the intensely fresh and pungent aromas of passionfruit, herbs and lime blossom. These flow on to a lively and fruitful palate. Partial barrel fermentation supports the fruit and helps to enhance texture and weight. Delicate mineral acidity drives the wine and provides a long a crisp finish. 65% sauvignon blanc, 35% semillon.
