NEW RELEASE
The quality of the estate semillon block is on full display here, with only free run juice utilised to ensure the precision and delicacy of this wine. Bright aromas of preserved lemon, fresh spring herbs and nettle flow onto a lively palate with great fruit weight and saline acidity that drives the wine to a long and crisp finish. Barrel fermentation supports the fruit and enhances texture and palate weight. This wine is ready to drink now, but it will also reward cellaring for up to 15 years. The wine will develop more roundness and honey toasty characters as it ages.
