Welcome to Grace Farm
Grace Farm is a small, family-owned vineyard using sustainable farming principles to produce premium hand-crafted wines.
Grace Farm has a special location within the Wilyabrup sub region of the Margaret River wine-growing district of Western Australia. The property is bounded by Caves Road to the east, Cowaramup Bay Road to the north, the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park to the south and private bushland to the west. It is 12 kilometres from Margaret River and less than two kilometres from the Indian Ocean and the world-class surf breaks of Gracetown.
The distinct geology of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste ridge, which supports the area’s biodiversity, is also fundamental for the soil condition of the vineyard. Over time, the granitic gneisses that underlie much of the ridge are weathered to form mineral-rich loamy soils. The rich underlying soil profiles carry through to the character of the wine.
In October 2020 we unveiled a slightly new look and you can read more about it on our blog here. The Giant Spider Orchid or Caladenia excelsa now features on Grace Farm’s label. This rare orchid, whose flowers are the biggest of any spider orchid, can be found along the Leeuwin Ridge in spring. We have chosen the Caladenia excelsa to appear on the label because it reflects the uniqueness of the site and all that we love about it. Like our wine, the Caladenia excelsa is local in character, rare in beauty and elegant in profile.
Cellar Door Google Reviews
We attended the Grace Farm Cellar Door as part of a pre wedding wine tasting party and returned a week later having needed to restock after drinking all the wine we bought. Everything about the experience was special: the venue, the knowledgeable and friendly host and the wines themselves. It was my most enjoyable Cellar door visit during my time in Margaret River. The quality and price point of the wines were fantastic.
Visited Grace Farm later in the day today. Camping opposite at Gracetown Park. Julie was a wealth of knowledge not only of the range of delicious wines but also of the best local places to visit
A beautiful little place that we came across on our travels. We were warmly welcomed with information and knowledge on how their wines are made. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning on our next trip.
Grace farm is my favourite cellar door to visit. The wines are amazing, Julie is so welcoming and the view of the vineyards is stunning. You can sit outside on the deck, in front of the vineyard and purchase a glass of wine. This is a must-visit in Margaret River! If you are lucky, you might meet the owners: the whole family is involved and very welcoming.
A National treasure. Unassuming yet majestic. Warm and friendly hosts that love what they do.
Awesome wine and lovely hostess, who were very helpful and informative. They suggested other wineries to go to. You can have a glass of wine on the deck and enjoy the ambience. This is a dog friendly Cellar Door, large dogs have to be on lead. Will definitely revisit.
Julie was fabulous, so knowledgeable and really friendly. We love popping in here and always leave with a bottle or four! We will be back next year! The Malbec is the best in the region.
