A blend of 68% SB and 32% Semillon. The vintage produced pristine fruit with lifted florals and fresh tropical and citrus flavours. Passionfruit, lemon blossom and guava are the standout aromas. The palate is lively with great fruit weight supported by delicate mineral acidity that drives the wine and provides a long and crisp finish. Partial barrel fermentation helps to enhance texture, palate weight and length.
