2025 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

The vintage produced pristine fruit with lifted lemon, lime, passionfruit
and fresh herb aromas. The palate is lively, supported by delicate saline
acidity that drives the wine and provides a long and crisp finish. Partial
barrel fermentation helps to enhance texture, palate weight and
length.

Good winter and spring rainfall was followed
by a warm, disease-free, and slower ripening period. The

85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon.
